Sunday at Scout Mountain

Sunday my parents and my family (we couldn't get a hold of Amber unfortunately) decided to head to Scout Mountain right outside of Poky and cook some hamburgers and just hang out. Crazy I have been up Mink Creek which is close but I hadn't ever been any further. It was so green and pretty up there. We found a good camp spot and cooked some burgers! Hamburgers taste the best when your camping even if its for the day. We were there for oh about an hour and a half and the clouds were getting super dark and the thunder started.

 Anyway, Koye and I decided to ride in the back of the truck on the way out of the camp ground. I remember being a kid and riding in the back of the truck all the time. It stinks you can't do that now unless you want to get a major ticket. Anyway, the clouds were getting super dark and we could feel the rain and their was a forest ranger truck coming behind us, I though for sure we were going to get in trouble. We got inside the truck just in time for the hail to start coming.. it wasn't little Hail either.. I wish I would have gotten a picture of it. It was so fun and after the rain stopped it smelled so good. It was such a nice day despite the rain. I'm going again soon

 We played a little catch! Koye and I got in a little water fight and instead of getting me with water Koye got me with his bug juice.. can we say STICKY!!

I decided next year with our without Cain I'm taking my kids camping more!! I love it!!
