Quick Recap of the last like 2 months!!! Sorry

I wanted to do a quick recap of the past while.. so here it goes,
September 5th thru the 12th...
September 5th.. Lil cow-poke rodeo!! Koye was struggling and did not want to ride a sheep, so he didn't, I decided that next year I would keep him away for all the other kids until it is his turn so that he doesn't see them crying.. and practice practice practice even if I have to buy one stinkin sheep! But the day didn't end badly.. he got first place in the dummy ropin in his age bracket!! I was so proud of him, He roped 2 out 3... for 3 and half years old that is pretty dang good.
September 12th...Costume lead line, Koye was a young wizard, my dad was an old wizard, my mom was a princess and the horse was a dragon!! It was an awesome costume! Koye received 2nd place.. yahoo!! It was a good morning!! Later that night Cain and I went to the Demolition Derby with 6 other couples it was a blast!!.. The compact cars were the best by far!! I wish I was brave enough to do the womens division.. that would rock!!!

August 16th or around there, my family, my sisters family and my mom and dad took a trip to 3 states in one day.. can you believe that..Okay so it was only Wyoming, Idaho and Montana but still sounds cool right? We actually went to Island park and ate breakfast then went to West yellowstone and went to Old Faithful, I have not seen that forever!! We stopped and ate dinner on our way out of the park. So good, the food while your camping is so better then food from home don't you think? Then we stopped in Jackson for a bid just to walk around and take some pictures of the kiddos. It was such a great day and good family time. We are trying to make it a yearly trip..

Koye now will go on the bigger slide at the swimming pool, I'm so proud of him! He is growing up so fast and changes everyday. He was at my parents house the other day and roped 13 out of 15 times on the dummy! He is a good little roper and can't wait for he and my dad to go to actual ropins together one day, maybe even Koye and Payson will one day rope together!

Imree is growing up so fast, she eats wood and paper mainly!! We call her our little hoover! She can find paper or wood anywhere no matter how clean my house is. She is still just crawling but walking around everything. She is 10 months old today! Wow how time flies. She won't stop changing and is a beautiful little girl. I'm so blessed to have these two kids in my life!

Okay so enough of the recap, You will see from the slide show, what we mainly did this summer... Went swimming, ate some food, went swimming some more, went on some trips. It was a great summer.. now bring on Fall!!!

I have to warn you, this smilebox is kinda long!! Sorry!!!

Lately

Lately I have been to tired to even type an sentence, so I am going to try to tell you what has been going on with us lately. Koye finished his swimming lessons, he did, How do I put this, OK, we need to keep going to the pool or anywhere so he keeps up on the things he learned... he loves the moon walk (where they walk on the bottom of the pool as your holding them down) that is probably my favorite thing to do to him!! ha

Imree is crawling around on everything and everywhere... I can't sit on the floor without being crawled on either by her or by Koye trying to copy her (kinda drives me nuts) Imree says Momma and a ton of jabber.. I can't believe she is 8 months old already. Time flies when your having fun!

Cain is working nights Monday thru Thursday and I work nights Friday thru Sunday so needless to say we don't get a lot of time off.. but He doesn't have to much longer with school and who knows how much longer on this night job..

I had this thought the other day when Koye was driving me up the wall and I was getting mad at him for every little thing he was doing.. Well my thought was, why get mad at him for every little thing, what does that teach him? I really need to praise him when he does things right and I need to praise him when he tries his hardest at anything and not get so mad at him because he CAN'T do it. What good does it do for me to keep after him for everything he does wrong but when he does something right, I don't give him any credit at all. Makes no sense at all.. So my goal is I'm going to try my hardest to stay calm and have patience and treat him with respect and praise him when he does things right even when they are a little wrong.

Koye's swimming lessons

Koye, Imree and I stay at home all day long and we get bored.

Koye started to take swimming lessons this morning.. I think he will do well! If anything shed some of his energy!! Wow that boy has some energy! I will keep you updated on the progress of how he is doing!! I love both my kids and their personality!
I am so excited for this, it gets us out of the house for a bit, which is good cause I think by the time Cain is done with this crazy shift we will be going crazy!!!

4th of July

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July!! I unfortunately had to work but for a couple hours I got to spend some time with my family out at my sister’s house!! We had a bbq and rode the bikes around, talked, Koye got to play with his cousins and Payson took him for a ride on the little 50!! I decided that the 50 is just my size!! Okay not really but it is so much fun to ride. My dad rode it around, he looked like a clown! It was great, Then I took a ride on the 125 Payson’s new bike. That one for sure is my size!! I was going to put some pictures up but it was an ugly picture.. can we say… GO TO THE GYM WOMAN!!!
Imree had an ear infection and was not feeling well but she was a good sport for most of the day. It was a super fun day eating hot dogs and hamburgers. I am thankful for those who have served to keep our freedom; we are in debt to you all!!
Sorry my blog is so boring I can't figure out how to make it all cute and things!! Someday I will though!!

Koye's super sweet outfits!!

Koye some days will ask me to get his clothes out for him which I'm happy to do other days he wants to do it himself and I let him because he needs to do it by himself, right most kids do. Well, lately he wants to wear shorts but if I'm wearing my boots or if we are going to my parents house, he wants to wear his boots too, plus his shorts! I love it, he cracks me up and I love that he has his own sense of style, so to say!! I had to take a picture to show everyone! Some days it is even worse than this, he will wear his shorts, a long sleeve shirt (that doesn't match) and his boots. BOYS!!

I also had to add a cute little picture of Imree, I love babies faces when they pout. It is just the sweetest look ever. She is a blast but WOW she can get you with that face every time.

Anyway, sorry it has been a while, it has been hard with the job change and trying to get in the swing of things being home during the week and all, I don't know what to do with all this time, if it would ever stop raining I would go to the park or zoo.. somewhere anywhere other than home!!

New Job

I got a new job at Bingham Memorial Hospital as a CNA, I love my job at First American, well I guess I shouldn't say love my job, I should say I love the people I work with. I have worked one 12 hour shift and it was alright, I hope my memory comes back and I can remember things. I also hope that the people on night shift, which I will be working are nicer than the ones that are on day shift!! ha ha.. I have decided that I am going to go there with a good attitude and work hard and learn lots and maybe then I will decide what I want to be when I grow up!! This may sound super retarded.. but since I will be working 3 12 hour shifts, night weekend shifts I might add, I am going to carry a picture of my kids to remind me why I am working this crazy schedule!! Wish me luck in my endeavour!!

Cain, started to work for Nash Electric about 3 weeks ago, and they do a lot of work out at that site which is nice because he is home every night!!! He likes it and hopefully he will get his clearance so that when he turns out he can go work out there. I don't really know what his thoughts are on that, I guess he will have to decide sometime soon!!

Pre-School Graduation

On May 14th Koye Graduated from preschool... well for this year he still has two more years of preschool left. Yep he is going to be a pro at preschool. He was so funny, he loves his teacher, Mrs Hansen, she was great and such a wonderful teacher for these little kids. Throughout the year I saw a big change in Koye, he knows how to spell his name out loud not quite yet on paper but he is still learning, that is my goal to work hard to get him to write it. He knows his alphabet and can count to I think 12 then he kinda skips around but can count by 10's to 100. He was in a class with only two girls and they were two of the cutest girls ever. During graduation they did the pledge of allegiance, did some nursery rhymes, counted, sang a song about the alphabet. It was super fun to be apart of. Koye's cousin Dylan is in his class and I'm pretty sure they had a blast together!

Star Valley

For Mother's Day I asked Cain if we could go for a drive. We went to Idaho Falls through Alpine, Thayne and Palisades and ended up in Afton. Honestly I know this may sound crazy, but I loved it I would live there in a heart beat right up against the mountains so I could take my horses out anytime. I love the area it was beautiful. The drive was fun I was singing (and I cannot sing worth crap) and Koye was singing into the water bottle and Imree well she pretty much slept the whole time!! Cain was probably just annoyed!! HEHE.. We came home through Henry and passed Soda Sprins, Lava and Poky.. It was just a day trip, but I could go on one of those every weekend!! Koye got a little antsy to get out off the car so we stopped of the road and let him run around in a driveway.. but their ranch was so far off the road they will never know.. In Afton there is an arch that goes over the road with Elk Horns, that was a lot of horns and to remake something like that the board said it would cost over 300,000.00 it was pretty cool, well I thought so.

Kinda Scary

Okay so I'm new to this I tried to this once but did not do a good job at it and now once again I'm going to try to be crafty and stick with it and get creative so anybody who wants to help.. PLEASE don't hesitate to say Libbie what the CRAP are you doing?

As most of you know I'm married to Cain Calzada and we have a 3 year boy Koye and a 6 month old baby girl Imree. Cain works for Nash Electric and I work for First American Title Company, we have one dog, her name is Mac!! She is a mutt but she is pretty fun!!

I'm not really sure what I'm suppose to writed on this thing, so I guess for now this is it... oh does anybody know how to delete a blog.. the one I started a while ago needs to be deleted but I have not idea how!! I'm so behind in the times!!!

Take care for now!!!
